Agentic and multi-agent AI, organizations and institutions are all examples of systems that are nominally created by constituents and stakeholders to serve their interests and improve their welfare, while simultaneously exhibiting their own dynamics and potentially their own implicit goals.

At Concordance we study this tension (and the related problems of trustworthiness and legitimacy) and develop concrete solutions to ensure the competitiveness of systems that are in alignment with the empowerment and interests of all stakeholders.
